I liked the place and the privacy in the chalet with a private pool. We had everything we needed there, nothing was missing . Staff were very helpful and professional.

The size of the room and bathroom . The friendly staff . The hot tub plug did not fit and could not use the hot tub on the balcony. Loved the net over the very big bed. The food from the restaurant was not that great.

This property.. this property is the worst. It wasn't dirty it was spacious. But security ia a huge thing for ladies traveling. There is security issuws on this property.. When I complained to booking.com about them. They made a false claim that the property was damaged. It's completely untrue . The issue was security ***We had the room to the entrance of the property closet to the main road area.. none of the widows closed, and no one was on the property at reception when we arrived. . Just the young men and his friend that open the door for us. We didn't sleep in the rooms. We didn't sleep at all, the first thing in moring was went to reception to let them know we disnt and . Don't feel safe . I asked them billed me for the one night as we will find something else. I called booking who was soooo helpful. ( Mirima ) Thank you so much for all your help. She was on the phone for 90 minutes as the property refused to check me out. The lady at the front desk was calling her "director" and dais I had to water for him to make decision. Mirima from booking asked me not to hang up until her boss called back. Booking agent sent them 3 refund request as i won't be staying there. The receptionist finally claim that " the director got the email abd I will get my refund. Just got from my trip and they made a false claim I damages rhe property. But I took videos of the unlocked windows before I left and I video of her checking them . What company claims fraud when someone complains about security issues. Liars scammers

Clean, quite and so tranquil if you are a solo traveler but don’t want crowded places. The staff have kindness engraved in their hearts. The room was kept clean at all times and they frequently asked if I was comfortable. Their security top notch! 🙌🏼🔥📍 never felt safer. They made my birthday so special, the chef prepared a special cake for me and they had a surprise for me in my room when I got back to the hotel. I honestly enjoyed everything about this place, I have zero regrets and would book them again!

It was lovely. Well situated. A little further from the crowd but perfect for what we wanted. Private beach. Fans and air conditioning. We were celebrating a few birthdays and they prepared a lovely feast for us with music and decorations and ordered us a cake. Nothing was too much trouble. Very attentive staff. Always smiling. The place was very relaxing, beautiful, with a really nice access to a cozy and beautiful beach. The bedroom was really spacious and well decorated. The bed was confortable. The restaurant is amazing, congratulations to the chef for the delicious food. The breakfast is gorgeous and veery generous! The people working there are exceptionally attentive, kind and pay attention to every detail to make your stay there feel perfect. Thank you very much for the parenthesis in your place. I highly recommend anyone to go there and enjoy the calm and warmth of their welcoming. HAKUNA MATATA!!

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and always checking if we need anything. There was a small problem with water pressure and they fixed it immedietly. It was quite impressive. The pool was clean, the room was comfy and always clean, new towels everyday. We had wonderful time there. The food was also great, freshly made and tasty. We extend our great thanks to Wena, Sheriff and Subira and the Chef. We had the best vacation there!
