Whether it was arranging food exactly to our preferences, assisting with money exchange, or organizing taxis for travel, every need was handled seamlessly and efficiently. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—delicious food served with smiles. What really stood out was how the team remembered our preferences; from the chefs to the waitstaff, everyone made a consistent effort to ensure we had everything we needed every single day. A very special mention to Abid, the housekeeping manager, who went above and beyond daily to make our stay comfortable. Kajol at breakfast was equally outstanding, always attentive and proactive in her service. The General Manager and the entire team deserve heartfelt appreciation for maintaining such high standards. From reception to security, every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. We felt safe, comfortable, and truly valued throughout our stay.
