Lijep mali apartman na odličnoj lokaciji, samo nekoliko metara od skijaške staze (7a), te nekoliko minuta pješke od gondole Poljice. Privatni parking je (relativno) očišćen od snjega i nalazi se na glavnoj cesti koja se redovito čisti pa je lako doći do njega.
