The rooms were a very good size and the location of the hotel was ideal. You could easily walk to multiple restaurants and shops. We arrived late for our second stay at the hotel and it wasn't a problem.

There was a miscommunication between me and Matt who was at the front desk when it came to changing my dates because when I called to ask for the dates to be changed I didn’t realize those where the wrong days to begin with due to Matt changing the datesthey charge my card as a no show which I wasn’t going to be there because those where not the dates I needed so I was charged and they would not refund me .Christian who is front desk Manager was very rude about the situation didn’t let me explain what was going on kept talking over me and tried to belittle the fact I wanted my refund that he stated I was not going to give back he has poor management skills I have been calling to speak with someone higher up which he gives excuses for me not to speak to anyone above him
