“Lackluster”
Breakfast wasn't included, and wasn't Continental or buffet as advertised. Beds weren't comfortable as holiday inn express. Full service isn't full service.

“Very clean and convenient”
I loved the location and Jacksonville Beach was close. I always expect a Holiday Inn hotel room to be clean, and this one certainly was. Staff was excellent and helped me figure out how to navigate beach areas, coffee was hot in the lobby, and just a great experience overall.

“it was quite nice and comfy”
They have a pool, they have ok food for breakfast and lunch (which lunch is Tuesdays-Saturdays) the beds were quite comfortable, the coffee was nice, and they had a decent view from the window all they could see was basically highways and roads and that is pretty much it but otherwise, my fiance's stay was pretty good.
