The front desk staff was great. Breakfast was varied.The facilities looked good. The hotel seemed apologetic AND ready to remedy a roach issue that appeared in our room the next morning.

We were passing through this city. One of us had just come from the hospital and we needed a walk in shower with handles, We were looking for a room for people with disabilities. This room met all our expectations: plenty of room, right shower, bed and pillows are so comfortable. great breakfast. Clean hotel with beautiful holiday decorations.

“Clean and convenient for the airport”
Very near the airport. Large room. Free shuttle provided, the driver Joshua was very jolly and helpful. Simple but nice buffet breakfast.

“Great stay for a solo traveler!”
The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby which was much needed after being stuck in traffic for hours. The young lady at the front desk was kind and informative over the phone and when I arrived even though it was late which I appreciate.

“I didn’t stay. I’m truly disappointed.The hotel staff booking.com and priceline should be ashamed.”
Nothing at all. Lady at front desk was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She goes by the name Sarah and wasn’t trying to accommodate me at all. She also charged my card a fee of 228.17 before establishing consent and the couldn’t refund or accommodate me for the inconvenience. I still had to book another hotel room at the Crown just to lay down for a reasonable price. I arrived 7/29 at 4am my reservation check in wasn’t until 3pm called booking.com to get the reservation modified and Sarah still didn’t honor my reservation because she didn’t have anything but Junior Suites available.
