The room was lovely comfortable and quite big we liked the sitting area being seperate from the bed room. We needed to get to the airport the next morning and they provided a shuttle which was great and the lady on the dress was great thankyou

Breakfast was OK. Choices were limited. Bananas were overripe, sausage selections were not ID'd as whether pork or Turkey. Scrambled eggs good, no potatoes

I loved it all. The staff is exceptional and met all my needs. I was well rested, no noise, very clean, and the food was great. This is really the place to come/be if you are looking for great quality. I thank a certain night staff for listening to me, when I needed it the most. I truly enjoyed my comfortable stay. Thank you all for your hospitality.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel we were looking forward to Denny’s. The Clerk had an Extreme amount of issues happening all at once and she handled it like a trooper she was friendly she smiled did not seem stressed at all she was perfect!!!!

“Excellent Experience from start to finish.”

When we arrived there was a lot going on. Lots of flights had been cancelled and the front dest was bombarded with people, calls, etc. Your desk attendant, Angelina, was the best ever. No matter how much chaos was going on all around her, she kept her cool, servicing everyone with a big smile on her face. Even the people calling had to be able to hear in her voice how well prepared and capable she was. If I could rate her on a scale of 1 to 10, she would definetly be a 50. Please let her know that she made a wonderful impression on 4 very weary travelers. If we ever come to Jacksonville again, your hotel will be our Number 1 choice. By the way, this hotel was recommended to us by a frequent cruiser who stays there a lot.
