The friendly front desk staff - who do an amazing job under what must be very difficult circumstances - and who really did their best to make things work. Other than that: the cost was low, the location was convenient, it does have parking, it met our basic needs as a place to sleep, and there were no signs of bed bugs or other insect pests in our room. It also could have been worse: when we were checking in another guest was trying to deal (for the second time that night) with a blocked toilet and were unable to change rooms as they had a dog and all the "pets allowed" rooms were full.

Room was poorly maintained and in dire need of remodeling no water pressure trash was overflowing at trash sites grounds and stairs was absolutely filthy

“It was convenient for the purpose of my stay.”
The location was excellent, located opposite St. John town Centre and close to other shopping areas. The first room we were given smelled really smokey, However, I really like that another room was immediately made available. It was close to the main admin building and the bed was comfortable. It looked as was presented in the pictures online.

Was under the impression the room e Terrance was within the building and not like a motel outside. Area outside was not clean and you did not feel safe.
