Nothing I did not get to stay there because they gave my reserved room away by 4:30 in the afternoon.I got to the hotel at 430 with the 3 o'clock check in and they gave my reserved room to somebody else there were no rooms when I got there and they tried to send me to another hotel down the road for a $100 more for this day. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau the Jacksonville chamber of combat and the Attorney General for all of the distress and the disruption it caused for my business.

I tell you what breakfast was not bad for What Little it was. But very nutritional.. the location is pretty convenient for the highway being right there places to eat other hotels a couple restaurants Nice little Drive tapped off on its own spot of the vastness around it. I would do it again I am trying to right now I don't know how to check my phone LOL hopefully see you soon

Nothing about the property on the inside but the Staff was excellent (Katie) not her fault rooms are fowl.. She was friendly and pleasant.

The breakfast could have been hot waffles, but all in all it was fair!!! THE #1 REASON WHY WE EXTENDED OUR STAY AS LONG AS WE DID WAS 100% THE MANAGER MRS. LATISHA? AND MS. MEGAN. 2 OF THE BEST 5* HOTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE DEALING WITH. BECAUSE OF THOSE 2 LADYS AND THE WAY THEY MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS AT MY OWN PLACE WAS REMARKABLE. ALSO THE PERSON WHO COVERS THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT IS REALLY GOOD.

“The best place I've stayed in!”
The best experience I've had in a hotel because Megan made us feel welcome. She asked how our stay was going, if she could do anything and if our room was good. She makes it a point to, not only greet us each time we see her (we've been here a week), but she physically comes to us with a smile. The manager, Laticia Wright, seems to have this place in order and running smoothly. She is very friendly.

they change our reservations, so the sent us to other hotel that didn't have the room that we reserve and had to paid extra. there was no lights in the parking it was to dark, an unfortunately our car got a punch tire
