“Poor staff, rude and disrespectful. Management was incompetent.”
Water was coming up from the flooring as you walked on it. Had to ask for towels to cover the floor. Didn't try and even offer another room. Said nothing available while the app was still available

Room was not clean, bed /mattress was lumpy, bathroom you had to put 1 foot in the bath tub to be able to close the door. Trash under the sink...room had a musty smell.

“The place looks good from outside .Inside the facilities are dreadful”
No plugs in bath or wash hand basin . No coat hangers .No pots pans or cutlery I HAD TO ASK FOR A KETTLE . I got a coffee percolator . I left the dead cockroach on the floor.Suspect it had been there quite some time. The floor did not appear to have had a wash\clean for some time hence the cockroach You mention good reviews wonder if you have ever had one ???

There was no one at the front desk to greet you when we came in; and the tub was not clean. We felt rush to get out when we was getting our things together to depart. I will never book with them again.
