From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out as exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The warm chocolate chip cookie was a simple but much-appreciated touch after traveling. The location is a major highlight—very walkable and perfectly situated near Friendship Fountain and the Riverwalk trail, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. Parking is available on site through a third-party service for an additional fee, but it felt safe and was very convenient. Overall, the combination of great service, thoughtful touches, and an excellent, walkable location made this a very enjoyable stay.

This is the first time I've seen such hospitable staff in America. Great service good location, just Hilton have to repair this all old buildings around USA
