The lady at the front counter for check-in was very friendly. She check us in quickly. When my wife and I went up to the room we noticed it was two double beds. I had booked a king bed. We went back down to the front and it was resolved immediately. Great service.

“Overpriced. Poor comms. Clean and comfortable.”
Late cooking due to a cancelled flight. Shuttle to the airport was appreciated although their own website said there was no shuttle.

Nothing. One of the worst hotel experience I ever had. The loby is nice but the room is dirty with peeling color and dirty curtains.

“Great location, super hotel, excellent shuttle service from JAX - shame about the WiFi and the breakfast”
The shuttle bus from JAX at 11pm at night (local time) and that was 4am UK time after changing planes in Atlanta. Check in was great, the room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable.

the staff was awesome and very accommodating. very fun. the room was so comfortable with no mold. the breakfast was real food and wonderful staff. the shuttle driver was a perfect gentleman and so fun and never left us sitting anywhere. the bar and bar staff was so nice food was amazing.

Bathroom sink tap very wobbly and needed fastening back down. Breakfast limited options as was included so not many items available. Quite an expensive place to stay - evening meal cost us a LOT!
