“I checked out maybe 3 or 4 hours later. I lost a lot.”
I requested a jacuzzi and did not get it. I requested Southside location did not get it. Manage and everyone said basically, if you don’t like it leave, we’ll issue a refund oh but you’ll have to wait 3 to 5 business days. Because if my travel I was tired I tried to make the best of it but because they were soooo accommodating, I didn’t stay at all I checked that night. The manager shrewd, ridgit, unconcerned, and unaccompanied. Will I come back? No ! I felt misled, deceived, and trapped,
