“A little better this week than last week ..but still room for improvement.”
TV reception was bad. Screen froze then skipped show every 4 seconds.

“Missed the mark...but oh so close.”
TV did not work. Complained about it on 3 different days. Instead of going to see the problem, they say on their butt and said their system didn't show a problem. The problem was they didn't check to verify there was a problem

Room was smelling like smoke, the plastic protecting the mattress made a lot of noise when turning in bed, the reception was with someone on the other side of the screen (telework), we arrived late at night.
