Country inn suites jackson is the worse hotel I’ve stayed at, I’m looking in to reporting to state or corporate. The manager and working was rude and disrespectful. The ceiling was apart. Big poles in front of my quite my son hit his head on the door because of the poles. My room was vey dirty. Almost 400 for my stay to be horrible and dirty

“A great place to stay when you need rest for the night. Wouldnt have minded if I had to stay longer.”
The worker who was cleaning up at breakfast is the sweetest woman. She offered us allergy medication due to our sniffles and made sure we were taken care of. I am glad I met her and she brings a lot of good energy into the hotels

“I NEED MY MONEY RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT ASAP”
I been waiting a month and some weeks for a refund from this hotel one because I wasn’t able to stay when I arrived because the person that worked the front desk was nowhere to be found when she was found she was asleep in side a room and still told me she could help me even after I told her I spoke to someone and was told my room was ready. When I did get a room it was so dirty and nasty me and my family had to sleep inside our car for the 2 days we had to stay at this hotel because nobody would help us out or clean the hotel roaches the ants stains on the bed floors never mopped tub was dirt the room smelled disgusting and I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated by the staff. Customer service horrible. And I’m still waiting for a refund and a call from the manager. I’m beyond frustrated.
