“Great accommodation for skiers 12 minutes from Klinovec parking”

The accommodation is perfect, clean and greatly organized. Very near restaurant Jachym is grat for dinner. The ski room, lift, beds, cleanliness all is 10.

Went there because of skiing, so location its just superb, literally 3 km from the ski field. I was amazed how clean this place was. Seems like everything is brand new. Room was spacious and quiet, bed comfy and kitchen well equipped. Apartment also got dry / storage room where you can leave your ski and let your ski boots to dry. Literally nothing to complain about, met the host and lady is also super nice and friendly. Can only recommend and will def be back for my next ski trip.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Everything necessary was provided. Having an elevator and a room for drying and storing winter equipment was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was also good. I recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was big, spotless clean, quiet, private and comfortable. I was also offered a very nice breakfast, delivered to my door in a cute basket :) Only 15 minutes drive to the ski slopes of Klínovec, very nice thermal spa 5 min by foot, beautiful Karlovy Vary also not far (20 min drive). I didn’t have time to explore more of Jáchymov, but I will surely return. I can easily picture this will be my steady place to stay when I feel like skiing, also not far from my home.

Once you paid and got your door code hosts just dissappear, they don't answer the phone or reply to sms. So if you have a problem you will not get any help. No hair dryer, no coffee maker, only 1 roll of toilet paper and no one around to ask for more

Really nice accommodation in completely new apartments. Fully equipped, with space for storing your ski equipment, elevator, and cozy rooms. The staff was attentive and answered super quick.

Smooth check-in process: I received an SMS containing the door code, and later found a key waiting for us on the table in the apartment. Convenient storage space is available for equipment like skis, helmets, boots, and snowboards, with the added bonus of a drying area for clothes. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, though a sponge for cleaning dishes would have been a welcome addition. I found the radiators in the apartment particularly useful for drying out gloves and socks. Ample parking spaces in front of the building were a great convenience and something I highly appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and found it to be excellent value for the price.

They allow us to check-in earlier, room for bikes, fully equiped kitchen, nice balcony with chairs and table. Good location for trail running and cycling.

Very friendly and uncomplicated communication with the apartment owner. Clean and modern rooms and a room to lock our bikes.

Quiet place on a dead-end street. Comfortable free private parking. No hassle check-in – you’ll just receive a PIN via SMS prior to arrival – no need to contact/wait for anybody. The whole place was precisely clean but still cozy. Spacious room for skis/bikes with loops to lock your stuff and power outlets to charge e-bikes. The small kitchen had everything to cook a quick meal. The whole place was very quiet during my stay – probably cause the majority of guests were active during the day and wanna rest in the evening. In summary – everything was top notch and I will gladly return.
