“Nice hotel near the three villages hike”
Loved the big size of the room and bathroom. Nice hot shower. Fantastic view from room and breakfast. Easy walk to the three villages hike. Really comfortable bed. Snacks, water and tea and coffee provided with kettle. Big fridge.

“Perfect for Rose walk.”
This is a comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is easy to find and the road up isn’t as difficult as some people have suggested. The hotel serves an extensive breakfast and the lovely young man who looked after us cooked delicious scrambled eggs. There is no restaurant but there are 2 restaurants nearby plus a coffee shop. The hotel is in a great location for the Rose walk - just turn right out of the hotel and walk about 1km down the road to where there is a junction with cafes. We walked as far as Saiq and then to a wadi. A beautiful walk.

Location was great not far from the trails and view points. Worth it! We also liked the swings and play area outside for children.

“Great Hotel with Amazing Staff”
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the staff were very kind. The snacks in the room were very good. I would especially like to mention the amazing service during breakfast provided by a very young man. He had such a positive attitude toward his work and delivered exceptional service. Thank you! We highly recommend this place!

Spacious room with a comfy bed and a good bathroom. Food was on standard with all other visited hotels. Genuinely excellent value for money. Very good location too.

“Surprisingly great!”
The place looks a bit dull from the outside, but once you enter the facility you will be welcomed by friendly staff that offer you coffee or tea. The rooms are comfortable with excellent beds. They offer free diner at the place next doors. We didn't make use of that so we can't comment on that. We had breakfast there though, enjoying a lovely mountain view. Really spectacular! What's great about this accommodation is its location. Close to all the major highlights, at walking distance. Great value for your money!

“Good location to explore Jabal Akhdar”
Good mid-range hotel located close to the three villages walk. Comfortable room, good breakfast and helpful staff. Even though they don't serve dinners, there are two small, local but good restaurants next door.

“Good for a one night stay”
Modern hotel with a international ambiance but it lacks a bit character. All sufficient and comfy for a one night stay. Next door grillhouse is funny and Omani style sitting on the ground (or outside in the cold or eat in the room) food though is good 👍 visiting the 3 terrace villages is nice and a good workout. Breakfast is fine.

“Very nice and comfortable hotel”
Very nice hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Tasty and various breakfast. Amazing view to mountains and landscape around. Quiet location at the outskirts of the city. We can recommend to everyone.
