“Very comfortable hotel with amazing amenities!”

There is tons to like here. First, the staff were all very professional and kind, even taking my things to my room once it was ready. Also, the room is very comfortable as is the hotel itself. Lots of natural light, music, a delicious breakfast, and a clean onsite onsen. Plus, close to the Izumoshi station? Truly what else can you ask for.

The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are all friendly and happy to help. It is conveniently located near the station and is easy to find restaurants and bars. Very convenient and comfortable to stay.

The hotel was located in a convenient location close to local amenities like train station, restaurants and shops. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and were responsive to our needs. Had a lovely breakfast at the restaurant.

I and my son enjoyed breakfast and spa along with a free piano concert, music in the hallways, complimentary tea and candies, kids’ area and books, games for room and new year game during check in. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly; room was spacious and clean; convenient location - 3min walk from the Izumo station. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast consisted of the signature dishes Izumo is known for.

Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Izumo JR station. Very convenient to visit Izumo Taisha. Plenty of food options nearby. Room was clean and spacious.

Great location! Felt spanking new and had wonderful friendly staff willing to help with anything. Good restaurant and meals, with late night noodles!

Friendly and helpful staff to guide my travels, it helped a lot when they could converse in English. The room is spacious and comfortable and it's a 5 minute walk from the station which is very convenient. Would love to stay here again if I visit the next time.

“Getting Spoiled in Izumo”

I was given a nice, spacious room on the top floor. The hotel had various extra amenities such as a 24hr public bath, free probiotic drinks in the morning and free mini ramen in the evening. The staff were very attentive (but knowing some Japanese would help).
