“Good value if you are prepared to share in a Japanese style older house.”
Facilities were good with a kitchen to make your own food. Very clean and tidy able to have a Japanese hot bath. Bedroom was Japanese style with Tatami and futon beds which suited us but may not suit some westerners. Lightning was automatic which was useful for going to the bathroom at night. It is shared accommodation which could be a problem depending who else stays.

“I had a very pleasant stay.”
When I entered the guesthouse, the first thing I noticed was how clean it was, especially when I entered my room. The room I was in had tatami mats with futon beds, which were already made up for me, which I appreciated as some places I’ve stayed in you have to set the futons yourself. And they provided me with extra sheets just incase I got cold. I was there for one night due to my flight being in the morning, and the location of the house is around a 10-13 minute walk to the station, where you can catch a direct train to the airport, I highly recommend staying if you need to be close to the airport. The staff were very accommodating. I had issues with my flight which ment I had to unfortunately change my reservation, and I was lucky enough to have this alteration in a calm and stress free manner. They were kind about the situation and gave me all the information that I need. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, I definitely felt I got my moneys worth.

For the price, the equipment and service they offer are incredibly affordable. You have everything you could need and it's a good location to plan your expeditions from. Furthermore the staff is very flexible when it comes to extending your stay.

Every piece of equipment you may need is already well prepared, the overall preparation is perfect and the hosts are very thoughtful! I definitely recommend this place !

I really liked the tatami, and the ease of getting to and from the airport. It was super easy, even at 11pm, just one stop on the train and no need for a taxi. There’s also a 7/11 close by.

“Great room and house”
The house, the common areas and the room were extremely clean. It is very good located, just 8-10min on foot from the train station. The communication and the access were very easy. Fully recommended!

“Great stay to catch a early flight for cheap with very minor flaws”
Great location, 10 minutes from train station and only one stop to the airport. Very clean Japanese style room and comfy mattress. House was very clean in general and a great place to get to the airport early from, especially for the unbeatable price. Easy instructions to follow from host to check in. Air con did its job wonderfully.

“Perfect layover for KIX travellers”
+ Reasonable price + All necessary amenities were available + Nice common area and kitchen + Room was big + Rinku Town is perfect for staying a night before transit towards the airport

“Very convenient to get to the airport”
Being downstairs by the front door meant any late arrivals could be heard,. Didn't affect thw stat however as only 1 night
