We stayed at Emporio Ixtapa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well organized, spotlessly clean, and our room was absolutely impeccable. The pool is a bit small, but this detail is easily overlooked because the real highlight is the staff: truly amazing people, always smiling, helpful, and able to make you feel at home. A special thanks to Hector for his warm welcome and to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. An extraordinary staff!

“Music volume by pool is EXTREMELY loud”
The pool activity staff think it is a disco and play LOUD music (musuck.. electro beat crap) all day. The volume is actually painful . Nearby hotels are not any better. Part of the MEX. culture.

this is a very good hotel in terms of value for money. It practically has averythign you would expect from a all inclusive option. for me the best was the service and the location. you can literally just walk to the beach. plsu the staff wehere very friendly. the food was extremely good. great value for money. this was a nice surprise.

the staff in every facility were most helpful and happy to deal with you..very accommodating. great room and service. there was a miscommunication on my part but the hotel more than ,ade up for it and everything was fixed..

“Pros and Cons...”
Location was amazing! Well connected to the airport, public transport, restaurants, and everywhere. They have live music every night, and the ambience is really nice. Nice beachfront. Views from room are nice!

“All positive”
The location is superb, beautiful beach area and directly across the street from shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful, the facility was very clean. The guests were almost all locals so entertainment and food definitely geared toward that. But I really enjoyed the mix. The entertainment was awesome, highly talented singers and lots of energy. Security everywhere which was comforting, especially travelling alone. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. The air conditioning was perfect and a small fridge in the room kept what I needed very cold. Overall a great experience. A shout here to Meghan who really went beyond to ensure I was well taken care of.
