All the little details touched our hearts, the sweet notes, the stunning sea-view room… every single thing was simply perfect. The amount of joy, peace, and happiness we experience here is impossible to describe. Every moment in this hotel feels special, romantic, and magical, and that’s why we already know this won’t be our last visit. We genuinely wish to come back every single year to celebrate with you again. This is without a doubt the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in all of Europe. A perfect holiday – even if you only realize it once you’re home! Everything during our stay ran so smoothly although I probably didn’t appreciate just how smoothly until I got back home and missed it all! 😊 Every dinner was themed one night Greek, next Italian, then something else delicious… and the à la carte. Absolutely worth trying – juicy steaks straight from the grill from your table. A huge thank you to all the hard working staff who kept everything running like clockwork, even with a full hotel. Special thanks to Eleutheria, who’ll teach you a few words of Greek – don’t forget to greet and thank the team in Greek, they’ll love it! And Eugene, who gets things done before you even finish your sentence. I sadly don’t remember the manager’s name, but I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior on the first day regarding outdoor seating. I didn’t know I had to wait a moment, and I was too impatient – sorry about that. Petros at the bar – an absolute gem! Thank you for the always-perfect sparkling wine 🍾 Whether you’re by the pool or the sea, you can order cocktails or coffee straight to your sunbed using a QR code. It’s quick, easy, and smooth – just don’t forget to tip! These people make sure you relax so much you forget what day it is. The music playlists are surprisingly well thought out – one vibe in the morning, another in the evening. You’ll even hear it gently playing while floating in the sea (yes, really not too loud, just right!). Speaking of the sea – the entrance is a bit rocky, so bring water shoes. Or… take the fun route: jump from the pier or use the ladder! Just know that on wavy days, the ladder exit becomes your mini workout. Rooms were spotless, water bottles refilled daily, Nespresso machine in the room was perfect for that first coffee before breakfast (ideally enjoyed with a glass of sparkling wine right after 😄). AC worked perfectly.

“Relaxing”

The area was big enough for guests to find a table in vis a vis or sunbeds. The room was bigger than it looked. Hotel’s mobile application was the key to order drinks from sunbed, extra offers and schedules. Staff was smiling at all times. Drinks were available when I needed them.

The hotel offers its own private beach right next to the pool’s sunbathing area, making access to the sea incredibly easy. You can switch effortlessly between a refreshing dip in the pool or the sea at any time, without having to commit your day to just one option. The hotel also provides a convenient mobile application, where you can stay updated on meal options, evening shows, and workout activities throughout your stay. You can even order drinks directly to your sunbed via the app, which is a great touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every situation, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The all-inclusive buffet was diverse and plentiful, offering something for every taste. There were even healthier “fit” options such as almond milk and low-fat yogurt, which was much appreciated. There’s also a well-stocked snack bar by the pool during the day, where you can enjoy unlimited food and drinks with a wide selection (wraps, pizza, pastires, fruits, greek yogurt with honey, greek salad and so on). Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with stylish design and an excellent location – just a 6-7-minute walk to the bus station, with Rhodes Old Town only about 30 minutes away. From the garden and pool area, the sea view is simply stunning. There are also sports bars, taverns, and souvenir shops near the hotel, in case you don't want to leave the area. A Spar is also 3 minutes away. Although the hotel had many guests, it never felt crowded – everyone seemed well spread out across the different relaxation areas.

Great hotel with several pools, private beach and the best staff ever. Several restaurants are available for the guests who stay in a suite. The app allows to order drinks from the sunbed, which is a real plus.

“Everything was great, I recommend staying there”

We spent our honeymoon here, and everything was perfect. Upon arrival a beautiful honeymoon decoration awaited us in our room. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean, we had a room with private pool which was amazing. Wide selection of food and drinks all day, entertainment programs at night.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. It was a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Moston the staff where so friendly and happy to help. There was 3 pools to choose from and never a struggle to get a sunbed. Different food options every night, something for everyone (coming from a picky eater). The rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. Hotel also provides beach towels. Entertainment every night. There is a little shop onsite has everything you could need and not too expensive. Guest relations left treats for us during our stay as it was our honeymoon, we thought this was a lovely gesture. Also a great service they offer, when booking through booking.com, they lift and leave you to the airport free of charge. Really recommend this hotel and we will absolutely return.

“Exceptional experience”

I am a frequent traveller and I research quite a bit before deciding the accommodation to go for. I can honestly say that the current overall rating for the hotel is too low based on my experience as a guest both here (stay from 23-30 August) and in many other four and five star hotels across Europe and North America. This is not a paid review, I am genuinely sharing my experience as a guest who paid for the stay in a Design Inland room with Garden View. GUEST MANAGEMENT: The hotel seems to be very concerned about the experience they provide and they checked with us frequently to ensure we are happy and everything is as expected. If as a guest you need assistance with something or encounter any issues, reach out to the hotel employees. For example, my friend struggled to find proper plasters on the island for a small wound she had before coming on holiday. We reached out to the reception who guided us to the on-site lifeguard and received assistance from the lifeguard and Theresa, the guest relations support. SERVICE: The service is absolutely genial, the employees are truly warm, smiley and welcoming people and for me this was the best. I cannot recall all the people, but special shoutouts go to Nathalia from the Milonges Restaurant, Panormitis (Panos) from the Vis a Vis restaurant, and the employees at the Alazonia restaurant (I forgot the names but special thank you to the middle-aged blonde lady with glasses who served us most of the time). FOOD: We were provided access to Alazonia and Vis a Vis for breakfast, Vis a Vis for lunch and Alazonia / Vis a Vis / Milonges / Muza Hitista for dinner. Milonges and Muza Hitista require reservations so we mostly did Alazonia and Vis a Vis out of convenience. We were happy with the food quality and variety. The food tasted well, and you had a variety of European and local dishes. I have been to other five star hotels on another Greek islands and this was superior.

“Worth every penny!”

The whole experience was absolutely INCREDIBLE! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like absolute royalty! We got a free upgrade to a grand suite, the private suite dining restaurant was a really nice touch and made us feel special all week. The staff were absolutely FAULTLESS. They worked so hard to make sure everyone was having a good time. The entertainment each night was highly enjoyable. And Petros from the bar was outstanding.
