Spacious room, great bathroom and the host was very patient and kind! She walked me through how to checkout even with my minimal ability with speaking Japanese. Also told me how to contact her if I needed anything or if I was still confused. Brilliant service.

No reception, even if a lot of advertising are written in English are completely useless what is important is in Japanese. In booking don't says which room you got because no reception, they don't answer the email and of course by phone no English was really hard to know which room I got. I couldn't find the password of the wifi.
