We had a wonderful stay and felt truly welcomed by the whole family. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent, just 15–20 minutes from Dubrovnik and very close to the border, making it perfect for exploring the area. This was one of the best hosts we've ever had, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

super clean, super cosy, every detail was taken care of, perfect temperature, super quite at night, comfy bed and pillow, good coffee machine, easy to find, do food shopping before you arrive (Lidl, Kaufland is 10 minutes away in Croatia).. felt like at home.

“Exceptional location and great owner”
The location is strategic near the border with Croatia, it is very easy to reach Dubrovnik, while staying in a relatively less expensive place. The apartment is new and comfortable, it's clean, the rooms are big. We have been so good that we decided to stay one more night. The owner is exceptional, very nice and kind. I forgot my shoes and she managed to send them back in Italy and she didn’t even want any postage repayment.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Everything was perfectly organized, making it very comfortable to live in. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we all slept so well. Our whole family really enjoyed the stay. The host was warm, kind, and genuinely caring – we truly felt welcomed. Highly recommended!

“The best value I've ever had!”
We meet the host at the property and we were given a quick tour around the apartment. It is located in the first floor with brand new design. Everything was so new, nicely decorated, and mostly importantly very clean and neat. There were even some snacks and drinks ready for our stay. Absolutely the best value I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended to anyone.

“Almost brand new apartment - perfect to stay visiting Dubrovnik”
This is perfect location for visiting Dubrovnik area and staying in quiet place close to the mountains and nature. Apartment is almost brand new, very nice interior and high quality furnitures and appliances. It is cozy and comfortable. Defenitely will be back summer/fall this year.

Lovely apartment, clean and practical. Simply decorated with much love. Hosts are very nice. Souch hard working family. Ivanica is very small, but excellent location to visit Dubrovnik and Trebinje. I will come back.

Great experience to stay at the Croatian-Bosnian boarder. The apartment was amazing, brand new and clean. Everything was perfect and obviously made with love, dedication and passion. Dubrovnik is just 10 minutes driving away. Great and valuable. We will visit it again, if we will have the chance to travel in this area. The owner Dragana was very kind and helpful.
