Overview
This hotel is located along the Ivalo River in Ivalo town centre. It offers three buildings for accommodation, free parking and sauna access. Traditional Lappish dishes are served in its award-winning restaurant. Hotel Kultahippu’s guest rooms feature a flat-screen TV and most rooms have a work desk. Each private bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Some rooms have a private sauna. Karaoke and Night Club are arranged on special evenings. Guests can enjoy free WiFi access in all areas of the hotel. “Amazing breakfast, clean and nice rooms, hotel is close to the airport”
Very clean and tidy rooms, well equipped, the hotel is close to the airport (10-15mins by car). The breakfast was amazing, 10/10 for variety and quality!! I recommend the hotel. Beds were comfortable too.

“Perfect place”
Very nice location near the big store. Tasty food at the restaurant. Perfect hot water pressure in shower. Cozy rooms. Very friendly staff which suggested cool activities and helped with last call bookings. And all of this for a very comfortable price.

“A lovely hotel, very convenient for tours, sightseeing and cafes and restaurants are all close by.”
The hotel and annex are ideally situation right by a supermarket and cafes. The room was spacious, large bathroom with great shower and extremely well insulated and sound proofed. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it and the restaurant was spacious with lovely views outdoors. The hotel also offers a great airport shuttle service which was extremely useful as my flight was delayed by over 3 hours. Tours are also offered and again extremely convenient to book and well organised so I did 3 in my 3 night stay!

Stayed 4 nights and rooms were never cleaned at all. This was not a temporary problem but due to the hotel subcontracting out the room cleaning which meant that the hotel could not instruct the cleaning staff except via the outside company. Restaurant only had 1 vegetarian option on the menu.

“Overall it was a great stay at the hotel, love the location of it and the apartment as a whole”
Full restaurant for all meals (though we only had lunch) and it's central location. Just opposite a supermarket and the central bus stop to other parts is a short walk away. The entire hotel room was pretty comfy as well, water pressure was awesome and the beds were great.

“A pleasant stay”
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, making for a great start to the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice touch — tea and coffee provided, perfect for a relaxing break. The bathroom has it own sauna. Nice buffet breakfast.
