Excellent location, high on a hill above Itri, with stunning views of surrounding countryside. The facilities are first class and include a sea water swimming pool. It’s the perfect place to relax and forget about the stresses and strains of the world. The hosts are very friendly. Although they don’t speak English, apart from a few words, they make good use of Google translate so communication is not a problem. Don’t be misled by the B&B label. This has the facilities and comfort of a top hotel.

“The perfect holiday place”

This was the most beautiful Holiday place. The wiew, the hotel, the pool, the rooms, it was absolutely stunning. We were only here two days, but we need to come back, as this is one of the most stunning places i ever seen. Beside that, the owner is the most sweet and helpful person. He is there to help 24/7, answers your messages within a very short time, and goes on af beyond to help you with any needs. This is really the perfect place to go on holiday.

“Pretty hilltop stay near Gaeta/Sperlonga”

The place is set in a stunning location with views towards the coast from an elevated position in the hills. Giuseppe was very accommodating and made clear effort to look after his guests. The place was very clean, and despite there being other apartments adjacent, our own space and outdoor terraces felt very private.

Almost everything, the view was a 10/10 plus the staff are all very welcoming specially Giuseppe :) we book a family room and it was perfect for us. The place was very peaceful you can only hear the birds and trees , I just gave birth and my mental health is messing me around lately and this place helps me a lot in a short period of time staying here. Plus the italian breakfast is 👌🏼

“Peace and quite- beautiful getaway on the hills”

The property is beautiful, clean and a wonderful view. Communication with staff was also good. We enjoyed the quietness of this place. The drive up there was OK - yes it's a narrow road, but after driving this road a couple of times I felt very confident. Lots of dinner options in Gaeta and Sperlonga too.

The pool was great and the place itself was very beautiful and aestethic. Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful and made the guest feel her/himself welcomed. The place was really clean.

View is perfect, Pool is also great. Breakfast is very basic and the same each day, although it is a typical Italian breakfast.

The view from the property was beautiful and staff was kind. Breakfast was nice - pretty much what you would expect for a classic Italian sweet breakfast :)

The breakfast was really delicious but unfortunately a little too little for us😅 But of course we know that it is not common to have an extensive breakfast in Italy. I think you should know that as a tourist before you go there😊 But we really liked the view and also the peace and quiet there. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and well maintained. We also used the pool. From there you have a very nice view of the sea and the mountains around. All in all we really enjoyed pur stay there. Maybe we will come back.😉
