“Superb Quality Hotel”

This is an amazing hotel. It is absolutely beautiful. The presentation is incredible. I would say it is comparable to a 6 star Grand Hyatt Hotel. The foyer and reception are just stunning. Every attention to detail is given. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. The restaurants are excellent and the bar is a very nice place for an evening drink. We booked the Deluxe room as we wanted some space for luggage etc and heard that hotel rooms can be small in Japan. The room was huge and beautiful. We had a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea bags. The bathroom was fantastic. We had a balcony and amazing sea view.

The beach was beautiful, the indoor facilities were nice, the double room was very spacious and we had a lovely view.

Great place to have couple days of vacation 🙌 clean, friendly staff, , top service, amazing restaurants, very good breakfast & lunch ❤️ So happy we stayed there 🙏☺️

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean, food was great, especially the breakfast buffet. There was plenty of space by the pool and a nice beach.

Really classy hotel with a superb beachside location. Fantastic view from my large ,comfortable room. The staff were excellent and really helpful. Breakfast buffet selection was really good with a wide array of choices. I ate at 3 of the on-site restaurants for dinner and they were all fine dining . Excellent Japanese food. Several swimming pools ,including 2 that were perfect for children / families with plenty of attentive lifeguards. Airport bus to the airport (40 mins ,700 yen ) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The resort facilities were excellent. Milano Restaurant had great food and service.

“Fabulous hotel with breathtaking view”

One of the most fabulous hotels I have stayed in. The staff were fantastic. Tried two of the restaurants and were incredible. The view was breathtaking. Room amenities were great. Honestly we are planning to come back again and just enjoy the hotel next time

“Cockroach Problem”

During our stay on the 3rd floor, we found a cockroach near the curtains on the second day. When I reported it, the staff only brought insect spray. Since we had a baby, I refused, but they said there was nothing else they could do. This is completely unacceptable. Staying in a dirty and unhygienic room with a baby was stressful and disgusting. The staff showed no real solution or concern for guests’ comfort. I felt uncomfortable the entire stay. I will never come back, and I strongly warn families with children to avoid this place.

The room was spacious, and offered an exceptional ocean view that made the visit truly memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which added to the overall comfort. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of options, the seating was comfortable, and the service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities - multiple pools and right by a private beach. Each room has a lovely balcony which you can sit out on to watch the sunset. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
