Paraíso Açú is a mountain hotel situated next to the Serra dos Orgãos National Park. It offers an outdoor pool with panoramic mountain views, and a variety of adventure sports. “A nice stay with a close proximity to the National Park”
This is very close to the NP entrance which we liked as we came on a hiking trip. The place has a nice garden, the staff is super friendly. They were happy to arrange for us a packed breakfast as we needed to start our hike well before the restaurant opened in the morning. The shower was really good, hot water and good pressure, the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable too and mosquito netting on the windows allowed us to have fresh air all night without being bothered by mosquitos or other insects

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Gorgeous location nestled amongst the mountains and a short walk to an extensive set of hiking trails up to Pedra do Acu. Amazing location!
