Lovely staff, very welcoming and always helpfull. The Location is perfect to explore the area. The facilities were cleaned daily and all in all everything looked well put together. The breakfast had some variety and is offers all you need to start your day.

Paulo and Noah (staff members) were really the kindest!!! Always cheerful and helpful, giving great and detailed advice about the area. I booked two nights but ended up staying a full week. The breakfast was delicious.

I went through a personal issue during my stay at the hostel, and the staff supported me incredibly well. They were so understanding and truly there for me when I needed it most. The hostel itself is beautiful, with an amazing breakfast and complimentary coffee, water, and cake available all day. I would really recommend this hostel! Once again, thank you so much for everything 🫶🏽

The staff is superfriendly and helpful. I am here the 3rd time and I will always come back. I made great friends here. It is super well located and is very cute decorated with a lot of plants, which gives a really peaceful atmosphere. I am a solo traveler and I felt very safe. Cleanliness is very important for me too, and they do a great job. My single room was cleaned daily. I highly recommend to stay at Maré Mansa.

The guests, staff and volunteers were amazing! My bed was comfortable, the bathroom worked and the common area was really nice too ☺️ I enjoyed my stay a lot and I ended up extending.

What I particularly loved about this hostel was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. If you need breakfast before 8 a.m., they’ll have it prepared and ready for you in the fridge—such thoughtful care! The cleanliness is outstanding, with my room being cleaned daily. The overall vibe is cozy, relaxed, and hassle-free. Everything works perfectly, including the hot showers and the air conditioning. A truly comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Central location, close to the waterfront.

Loved my stay here! Marianna and the whole team were amazing—so kind and welcoming, they really made the place feel like home. The location is spot on—close to the beach and everything in town but still nice and chilled. The staff honestly made the experience even better, always going the extra mile. Super easy to meet people too. Can’t recommend it enough and would definitely stay again!
