“Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment !”

Our host Jenny was incredibly friendly and helpful. We travel a lot and i have never received so many food and drink items as part of the welcome package. Amazing start to the holiday! Location is great, close to the wonderful beach. Easy parking, great restaurants across the road, a huge pool area with loads of beds and deck chairs plus an outdoor gym. Basically everything you need! We totally recommend this place :-)

Great view of the bay, 3 mins to the beach. Great pools for the kids and a dip, perfect beds for sunbathing in pairs. Gym and outdoor kitchen both very useful extras. In person communication with the owners each day. Supermarket being so close a real plus and only 15 mins to AN

Kalos apartments was so perfect for our holiday! We have been there twice and loved it both times. Jenny was an amazing host with lots of handy (and amazing!) tips on where to eat and what to do. The location is great - although Istron is small, the beach is one of the best in Crete (Voulisma). The outdoor space is massive for only three apartments - we had many family BBQ's downstairs while the kids played in the pool and kicked the football around! Also just to add - on this website it gives a low score for free wifi - but there definitely was free wifi when we stayed!!

Honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Jenny couldn't have done more for us, when we arrived we had all food and some drink to get us started including a lovely bottle of wine! The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The balcony has amazing views and a hottub. Jenny even came in midway through our trip to clean for us and left us another bottle of wine! Jenny helped us with ordering cabs and also made great resturant recommendations. We will definitely be back, the most welcoming place with great facilities and great location to the main town and the beach. Wish we didnt have to leave, thank you for an amazing holiday!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautifully decorated, modern apartment. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a lovely selection of fresh fruit, honey, bakery items, and everything we needed for a perfect first breakfast—a charming and personal touch. 🛏️ The apartment was spotlessly clean, and all amenities were in great condition, including the washing machine and kitchen taps. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and relaxing stay. 👥 The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. 🚗 While the apartment is close to a busy road, which can be noticeable at times, it’s also just a five-minute walk from a stunning beach—so the location is actually quite ideal for beach lovers! We’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway with modern comforts and a warm hospitality.

The accommodation is beautiful and tastefully decorated with quality furniture and fittings. This continues into the outside area which is stunning but also very comfortable. Jenny and Maria and their team are really friendly and helpful as well as exceptional hosts.

Everything, the host /very kind and nice people/, the apartment /all perfect, with Jacuzzi on the terrace/, outside /big garden with swimming pools, BBQ area next to the swimming pools, with tables with nice view to the sea and the beach, the supermarket/. Close to the beach and restaurants and to St. Nicola town. Everything you need, in a perfect way!

The apartment is super clean, well equipped, comfortable and really maintained well. It feels luxurious and it is right next to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. Most of all the hospitality was incredible. We arrived at 1am and our hosts were there to meet us! I couldn’t believe it. They were so kind and welcoming, and as we were there over Easter they bought us Easter treats and gifts. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed, and we travel often. And it has a hot tub too!!

“Perfect place right next to Voulisma beach”

We had a lovely stay at Kalos Luxury Homes. The entire place has a really modern and tasteful design. Not only is the apartment spacious, but it also features a large private outdoor pool area. Voulisma beach is only a short walk away and from the apartment you have a beautiful sea view. As a nice surprise the apartment even features a private rooftop whirlpool. Maria and Jenny were really welcoming. We were greeted with some groceries, wine, and sweets, and we enjoyed talking to Jenny about the Greek language and culture. Even tough there is a main street right next to the house, we were able to sleep with an open window.

Sure! Here is the translation: --- A perfect place! Paradise! A beautifully designed and new duplex. Two large pools with pleasant and clean water. The place is a 2-minute walk from the most beautiful beach in eastern Crete. Below the hotel, there is a mini-market owned by the owners, and it has everything you need!! Across the road, there are delicious taverns and also a stylish bar with a restaurant called Makrame. The owners are the most generous, sweet, and kind people, and they are always available. I hope to return there and meet them again.

I was worried after booking that there were (at that time) no reviews and google maps shows a building site - I needn't have worried!! This place is stunning - it's like staying in a boutique hotel with passers by envying the pool area. We stayed in Sea Loft II and it was immaculate - very clean, comfy beds and pillows, the loft room has a large outdoor terrace with seating area and a hot tub(which we didn't use only because the weather was very hot). Jenny and Maria (the hosts) can't do enough for you and even left home baked goods for us! We had an issue with the shower leaking and it was resolved within the day. The families in the other two apartments favoured the nearby beach (we think) so we had the pool to ourselves every day. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away but very very busy and Macrame Beach Club is next door - this plays Ibiza Style beach music loud Thursday- Sunday which may put some people off but we quite liked it! Also- lots of places to eat on the doorstep - we used Panorama a few times (family run and very friendly), Mama Lukia is also very nice as is Valeria Pizza. Agios Nikolaos is 20 minutes away, we also visited Elounda for the evening. For those of you who have read 'The Island' by Victoria Hislop- a visit to Plaka and Spinalonga is a must and oney 40 minutes away (get there for the first boat though as it gets very busy from lunchtime - we went from Plaka) Don't hesitate in booking this as your holiday - it may be a new listing but you won't be disappointed.

Everything - brand new apartment, tasteful and beautiful furniture and decoration. Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and quality pillows. The garden is beautiful, grand, pools clean. The location is two minutes from one of the best beaches - Voulisma, you are practically above it. Nice Restaurants across the street.
