I always wanted to live in a traditional house of Istanbul. The owners have renovated it very well and they were very friendly and helpful. All the tips they gave us were great. The house was very clean and in one of the best neighbourhoods of the city, Kadikoy where you can go out at night and has some great places for food. If you want to see the European older part of the city you can grab a boat from the port that is 5 mins by foot from the house.

I enjoyed seeing another side of Istanbul that felt authentic to my previous stays in Sultanahmet. Staying in a heritage property that was so well appointed was special. Communication with the owner was seamless, helpful and friendly. Good food & bar options. Loved the furniture and wall painting decoration.

we loved our stay at Tilas, the owner was very kind and even let us stay beyond the checkout time. located at a great area. Don't expect anybody being there at reception most of the time as it is a small place, but we had no issues arriving at midnight.

A wonderful hotel in an authentic, renovated wooden building. It's in a perfect location, close to everything you need, including the metro to the airport and the ferry port. It's also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The owner, Emre, is a wonderful person who takes great care of his guests. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. We'll definitely be back. The room had everything needed and was very clean. The room was more spacious than I expected, I could easily open my XL luggage. The hotel is located in Kadikoy, which is a very nice and well connected area. The property owners were very kind and caring. They made sure I was able to make my late self-checkin, and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. They were very communicative throughout my stay. I will definitely choose to stay here if I ever need a place in Kadikoy.

Everything was amazing when we arrived. The room exceeded expectations and it was so cosy and felt like a lovely little home. Every bit of decor was thought out and with a touch of history while being modern. The toilet and room in general was also absolutely clean. The neighbourhood is so lovely I really want to go back and stay longer. Yet the hostel is located on a quiet street close to everything. It was also lovely chatting with Emre a little in the morning and overall we love the whole concept and vibe of the place.

It was my 4 th stay in this property :)) I used to live in Türkiye and I could stay in my friends home, howerver I rather choosed to stay in Tilas again❤️ Kadikoy is the best place to get anywhere in Istanbul + Tilas is in very safe area full of restaurants, coffee places and shops, close to two different metro lines and ferries so it is super easy. The house itself has super nice vibe and energy, rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Hosts are helpful and kind. There is iron, hair dryer and anything you would need for your stay so you can leave space in your luggage for something sweet from Türkiye 🇹🇷 Hope to be back soon :)

The location is perfect for sightseeing both sides of Istanbul. 5 minute walk to ferries and airport bus. The bed was super comfy, and the room had a lovely street view. Fully equipped kitchen is spotless. The staff were very friendly and informative.
