I had a wonderful stay at this hotel after my surgery. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made my recovery much easier. Breakfast was great, and the location was convenient. I truly appreciate the warm attitude and support from everyone. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who needs a peaceful and caring place to rest!

“Impressive customer service”
We liked the staff as they talked to us in English. They helped us with locating a restaurant, called us a taxi at the end of our stay and accommodated us with a scrumptious/ delicious inclusive breakfast.

The hotel is great - clean, spacious, close to the airport by metro and taxi, I definitely recommend it + the neighbourhood is nice, calm and safe if you want to escape the noisy hustle bustle of central Istanbul. The staff members were very kind and accommodating too.

“To sum up, I would recommend this hotel for stay if you travel between the countries”
It was located in the nice area, although a bit tricky if you travel by public transport (metro), because you need to go up the hill. Breakfast was really delicious. All the managers really helped me, for example order a taxi.

We had a friendly welcome and got a safe place for our bicycles. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The airco worked good. The bed was comfortable. The location is quiet and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had a small patio but it was too hot to really use it.
