What an amazing experience! The staff were absolutely outstanding and made us feel even better than at home. They treated us like royalty throughout our stay. The room was spacious and was cleaned meticulously every day, with fresh towels provided daily. The facilities are of a very high standard. The swimming pool on the third floor is stunning. However, to use the pool, it is necessary to wear a swimming cap, which can be purchased from the hotel if you do not have one. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices every day. There is a large parking area underneath the hotel, shared with the adjacent shopping mall. However, if you prefer a private parking space, you can park directly in front of the reception for a small additional fee. Vadistanbul is the perfect area to stay in when visiting Istanbul. Everything you need is close by and, most importantly, the area feels extremely safe thanks to the strong security presence. We will definitely return in the future and will gladly stay at this hotel again. They made our holiday truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team!

“A wonderful discovery, great hospitality!”

Overall, it was a great stay. The staff is exceptional; kind, welcoming professional and competent. You feel welcomed and assisted from the moment of reservation to the departure. First time staying in this place versus Gokturk where we used to stay. We arrived quite late from Istanbul Airport, and I found this location much more convenient to access to the city center the day after. The shopping mall and the variety of restaurants is a big convenience to get the maximum experience in a short period of time. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, the forest view was a nice surprise. We'll definitely stay here again! Big thanks to the reception team!
