“Wonderful week at this beautiful hotel.”
The staff were courteous and helpful. Yousafa the chef remembered our omelette order every day. Nuta our cleaning lady was friendly and helpful.

“Bumpy.. good and not so good experience..”
The downside was the card keys kept malfunctioning for al guests throughout our stay.. so everytime one exited the room their was a 90 percent chance one had to go back down to the reception to activate the card keys. I also haf issues with the staff at checkout which has discouraged me from staying at the hotel next time I visit. They were not clear on payments I made, didn’t inform me about my check out time properly, I paid for an extension and at checkout the staff on duty insisted I didn’t pay, it caused me a lot of distress before they finally resolved that I had paid. I was supposed to collect back the sum of 100 dollars for contingencies but they gave me less and claimed i didn’t pay in full for my stay which we did. I later reported the issue when I returned to my country and they handled it so unprofessionally. Ni apologies or clarification at all..

1 The staff members were incredibly welcoming, cooperative, and eager to assist from the moment of arrival, and I was granted a complimentary upgrade to a 70m suite. 2 The room was fully equipped, and they quickly provided a baby cot, a desk, and a lounge chair, with impressive speed in handling all phone requests. 3 The hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness, excellent housekeeping, and strong 24/7 security with keycard-secured elevators. 4 The property offers great and convenient facilities, including massage services, an ATM, a lounge, a café, and an on-site restaurant.
