The location was convenient with tram close-by, the room was good and breakfast was okay with some basic variety. The staff at breakfast were friendly and very helpful, the reception staff were good and the balcony view from premium room was lovely. Also, the cleaning staff were great.

Great location with an amazing view. I booked it by mistake, I was aiming for another Movenpick. Staff and the manager were extremely helpful and understanding to cancel the booking and get me rebook into another hotel.

The room view, peaceful and quiet area. Helpful staff, reception & breakfast manager "Hasan", highly professional. Although away from the main attractions, but easy access to the Tram, that is well connected to the whole of Istanbul.

Clean and calm, specious room, cleaning every day, great hamam, steam bath and sauna; good shampoo, hair conditioner and soap (all in big bottles, not small dispensable, this is a plus in my opinion), good breakfast, tram and bus station next to the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with every area maintained to the highest standards. The rooms were amazing — beautifully designed, very well organized, and incredibly comfortable. You can truly feel the attention to detail in every corner. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The service was simply amazing — always attentive, always ready to assist, and consistently going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Congratulations to the management for having such a well-trained team that truly delivers 5-star hospitality at every level. The spa experience was absolutely incredible — relaxing, luxurious, and perfectly managed. It was the ideal place to unwind after exploring the city. If you’re traveling to Istanbul, this hotel is a fantastic choice and truly a must-visit destination. A special mention to the reception team — every single receptionist was amazing, welcoming us with warm smiles and providing excellent assistance at all times. Location was on a main road however away from any historic and touristic sites. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was of very good standard.
