“Great location, clean, and welcoming staff”
The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. Ammar at reception was extremely helpful. The concierge, Nacat, was also very kind. At the restaurant, Ismail, Enes, Omar, Muhamet, and Victorya were all wonderful, such warm and attentive people.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the overall experience relaxing. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with any request, which truly stood out. One of the highlights was the excellent early check-in service. The team was very accommodating and made the process smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, when construction work started after the holiday and caused some disturbance, they were quick to respond and kindly changed our room, ensuring our comfort without any inconvenience.

“It was nice and comfy”
Its super near a metro station that goes to the airport so thats great for the location. Its also easy to get around Istanbul from there. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

be aware that the heating is preset for a minimum of 25 in all the rooms and cannot be adjusted down. Too hot for me...

This was my second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. From reception to the staff at the door, everyone was lovely. Thanks to Gursel and Eyup for arranging my cabs and being so kind. The location is perfect and everything is spotless. They even surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be coming back!
