⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Hotel – The Best We Have Ever Stayed In! We have visited Istanbul every year for the last 6 years and have always stayed at the same hotel. Unfortunately, it was fully booked this time, so after reading the excellent reviews, we decided to take a chance and book here instead. It was the best decision we could have made! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As parents travelling with young children, we were incredibly grateful for the constant help with our buggies, the kindness shown towards our children, and the way the staff always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Jihangir and Rose from housekeeping. Rose was absolutely wonderful and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. In fact, when we first arrived, I wiped inside all the wardrobes and cupboards before putting away my daughter’s clothes, and I couldn’t find a single speck of dust or dirt. The room was spotless and maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Umid, Mehmet and Mohammed on the night reception team, as well as İzzet on the daytime reception team. Every interaction was professional, friendly and helpful. The manager and all staff members deserve recognition for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We were also so appreciative that the hotel stored milk for our toddlers in the fridge whenever needed and even made us tea, always with a smile. These small gestures made a huge difference and showed genuine care for their guests. The cleaning staff and waiters were equally fantastic, always friendly, attentive and hardworking. Travelling with a toddler and a baby 2 under 2 was very hard BUT the hotel made it so easy for us so if your considering this hotel book it!

The hotel is very well located, close to public transport, shops, and many tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ümit at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and support. He made us feel very welcome and truly helped make our experience even better 😊 The breakfast was also amazing — very delicious, fresh, and with a lot of variety every morning! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

“Perfect choice with good location and friendly staff”

The staff is very nice and helpful. They prepared our room for early check-in, they were really generous offering breakfast that day and provide sandwiches on our last morning. The breakfast was always great and various, with a nice view on the rooftop.

Nice hotel, great location, with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they even prepared a breakfast that we took away because our flight was early in the morning. Price is very fair. Thanks to Khurshid and the whole staff!

“Perfect and with a warm welcome!”

Wonderfull staff, from the reception, to the cleaning crew, always approaching us with a smile!! Awesome location, just a 2min walk from the tram and metro. All the details of the transfer to the airport were taken care of by the reception staff. 10/10 we will be back again in a future visit to Istambul!

Close to the tram line and metro stop Yenikapi. Breakfast was good and the main foods changed daily. All hotel staff was very nice and helpful, they even came to pick us up when we came to the wrong Meretto hotel :-)

Excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, from the lady who cleaned the rooms (by the way, one of the most positive people I have ever met in my life) to the man on the morning shift and the two guys in the afternoon. A 10/10 staff. Very good location and everything was very clean. 100% recommendable.
