What I liked most about this property was the exceptional level of service. Mustafa and the rest of the staff were always available to assist with any questions or requests, and any additional items I needed for my room were delivered within minutes without any delay. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of Sultanahmet's main attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Although it is a boutique property, it offers all the facilities and amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The combination of outstanding service, excellent location, and well-maintained facilities made for a very pleasant experience.

The location is excellent in the Sultanahmet quarter, very little traffic in that neighbourhood and really within walking distance to many of Istanbul's must-see places. The tramway brings you over Galata Bridge to other districts like Beyoğlu and Çihangir. We had a beautiful view from the room terrace over the Sea of Marmara - really wonderful. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth knowing, the restaurant/bar next doors is also nice and they passed us our drinks over the terrace fence.

The room was very clean, the staff was very profesional, accomodating, and very personalised. I loved when they said, this is your home and we are your family!! True to their word always attends to your needs. Shout out to the best front officer. I had my picture taken with him!!!

The hotel is excellent and the service from the hotel staff - especially Emir, Mustafa, and all the assistants - was truly exceptional.

The hotel was super well located, the room was very clean and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, authentic turkish breakfast. The staff went above and beyond - we really enjoyed the stay.

The location and the welcoming staff who were at the hotel. Right from the time we stepped into hotel till we left, we felt very welcome. The hospitality was very good. The place is central to all the attractions and places of interest.

The best thing was the view over the Sea of Marmora from our balcony, also visible in part from the breakfast terrace - beautiful, the holiday continues even in the hotel room. The elevator is handy for less mobile visitors. There are also two good restaurants within 100m - Seatanbul and Marbella. The staff are exceptionally helpful.

A wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect for inner city exploring. The staff were AMAZING! Kind, friendly, very welcoming and helpful. It was quiet, very clean, very comfortable and definitely worth staying at.

Used booking.com to book for a room with balcony and sea view to spoil ourselves.... The service from arrival to departure over 4 nights was nothing short of pure phenomenal by Mustapha and all colleagues in his team... all recommendations were based on true experience and totally worth/exactly what and why it was recommended... I commend this spot for magical service and staff and ofcourse beautiful views and rooms (definitely pay a bit more for sea view room if you can) also perfectly located within 10 to 15 minute walk from all old town attractions.

Easy walk to main attractions in Sultanahmet and down to walk beside the water. The Turkish breakfast was very tasty and generous. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. Wonderful kitchenette and lounge area.

The hotel was very central to the Blue Mosque and many other markets. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff & management at Menar Hotel are so helpful & have great local knowledge, nothing is too much trouble, loved their local advice.

It is in a very good location for visiting the main attractions on foot, and the staff is very kind and attentive. Every end of the day is especially beautiful with the sea view.

Excellent location within easy walking distance from most sights, and near a train station. Our room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The reception staff were amazingly helpful and attentive.

Excellent little hotel with Bosphorus and Blue Mosque/city views (depending on the room). Great location in a pleasant, old neighborhood of Fatih on quiet street, yet within a 10-min walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern. We stayed in a cozy suite on 4th floor with own, big terrace. Enjoyed panoramic sea view and view of Blue Mosque on the other side. Large, comfortable bed/matterace, comfortable bath. Most importantly, exceptionally caring staff, always offering assistance with any issues as well as turkish tea, water, etc.:) Big thanks to Emir, Emirhan and Kadri, they made pur stay memorable!
