“Great Hospitality and Helpful Staff”

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Istanbul Sisli and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. What made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of Mr. Samet. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay, always making sure everything was perfect. Thanks to his support and positive attitude, I truly felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Staff members like him make a real difference and represent the hotel in the best possible way. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you again, Samet Bey!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism throughout the stay. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The rooms were very comfortable, cozy, spotless, and well maintained. On a few days the weather in Istanbul was very bad, so we spent most of the day inside the hotel, and it genuinely felt relaxing and comfortable to stay there. The breakfast was excellent every morning with a great variety and very good quality food. A very special thank you goes to the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation during our trip. Since we do not speak Turkish, he personally translated for us and spoke on our behalf to help solve the issue. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a huge difference to us and is something we will never forget. The hotel also organized our airport transport perfectly, and the wake-up calls were always punctual and reliable. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, we felt very well cared for during our entire stay and would happily return again.

“Very Good City Centre Hotel”

We chose this hotel again this year because we were satisfied with our stay last year, and once again we had a positive experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its central location. It is very easy to get around by metro, and there are also bus and taxi options available on the main road right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was both delicious and varied. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to use the spa this time. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. The price–quality ratio is very high.

Staff was very very friendly,helpful and kind. Especially in restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very central location. Breakfast was very good. There are a lot of shops, malls and restaurants around the hotel. Taksim is 5 munites.
