“Good choice on M9 metro line”
The location next to a metro station is very convenient if you want to travel to Mall of Istanbul as it is on the same line. If you want to travel to Taksim or Sultanahmet with public transport it would take you a few connections but it is still ok if you are not in a hurry. Having an underground parking is definately a plus, even though it's a bit small and during busier times they might run out of spaces. We arrived late on Thursday and it was almost empty but when we were leaving on Sunday there were only 2-3 empty parking spaces. The room and bathroom were spacious. The fruit plates in the room upon check-in were a lovely surprise.

I arrived late at night, and the check-in process was completely smooth and uncomplicated. The staff member was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious, modern, and highly comfortable. Everything felt new and was spotlessly clean. I felt completely at ease. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The breakfast was exceptionally extensive with a wide variety of options. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean, and the gym was also excellent. I would especially like to highlight that I was offered a complimentary late check-out, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am more than satisfied. I will be in Istanbul again next weekend and will definitely book this hotel again. Absolutely recommended!

“A quality good stay, recommended! All services may not in use, check for!”
The comfort in the room, the bed, the city view, lightening were flawless. Big screen TV, could be smart TV, but .. we did not have much time to watch screen anyway. Also there is a wonderful soundproof in the room, we did not hear a noise from anywhere, you shut the aircon, you shut the curtains and you sleep like a baby in a peace. Thank you!

“It was so good that we exchanged our other hotel and extended our stay here.”
The room was very comfy, bright and clean. Airconditioning was perfectly working during warm days. Good choice of breakfast. Metro station was six minutes of walk. There is also shops nearby including pharmacy. Hotel allows food app deliveries. A taxi from hotel to Grand bazaar charged 950 TL . We definitely recommend and would like to stay again.

“Comfortable and friendly”
All staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Had a nice clean room, soundproof and a decent hot shower. Air con easy enough to figure out, bed was nice, pillow could have been firmer.
