Service was excellent. Reception desk were very helpful. We were served a lovely complimentary platter upon our arrival Alif did a wonderful job of cleaning our room, Hakan provided the best service at breakfast every day and the coffee was great! Lots of extra attention to detail: Le Labo toiletries, WhatsApp concierge help for reservations, free candle gift, lavender on pillows and even a glasses cleaning cloth was left when they realised my wife is a glasses wearer. Fantastic experience overall

We stayed at Ecole St. Pierre for five nights during our recent trip to Istanbul, and overall had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character, and perfectly located in the heart of Galata. The location is genuinely one of the hotel's biggest strengths. We were able to walk almost everywhere, regularly clocking up 25,000+ steps a day without needing much public transport. Karaköy, Galata, Sultanahmet and plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars and attractions were all within easy reach. In fact, we only discovered some brilliant spots right on the hotel's doorstep during our final couple of days and wished we'd had more time to explore the neighbourhood. The hotel is stylish, elegant and clearly designed with a lot of care. We stayed in a Suite with Terrace overlooking Galata Tower, and the view was stunning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept incredibly well throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to the housekeeping team, who were consistently warm and thoughtful, regularly leaving extra coffee pods, fresh towels and keeping everything beautifully tidy despite us being fairly messy guests. The guest relations and reception team were also excellent before and during our stay. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly from the moment we booked. A special mention to Natali and Batuhan, who were both incredibly welcoming and helpful. As someone recovering from a shoulder injury, I was especially grateful when Batuhan kindly carried my suitcase upstairs, as the hotel doesn't have a lift

Excellent stay in the heart of Galata! ✨ We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the beautiful Galata area, within walking distance of many attractions, charming streets, cafés, and restaurants. It was an ideal base for exploring Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with recommendations and any requests. What we appreciated most was the combination of comfort, hospitality, and the unique atmosphere of the Galata neighborhood. Waking up in such a vibrant and historic part of the city made our trip even more memorable. Thank you for the excellent service and warm welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

“The ideal place to stay in Istanbul”
The property is absolutely beautiful! Not only it is well located but the room is stunning. We chose the suite with balcony and it was worth it! All employees were kind and helpful with a good sense of humour. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The breakfast is just perfect: à la carte and absolutely delicious!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The room was beautiful, with a special treat on arrival for my husband's birthday. At every breakfast, Hakan was so accomodating and friendly. All of the staff were great and made it a really special experience.

Can’t fault the service; reception, restaurant and house keeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Love the attention to detail; glasses cloth, Hıdırellez cookie and lavender bag. Great shower!!

What a fantastic hotel situated just below Galata Tower. The vibe is very cool. The rooms are minimalist and very comfortable. The showers are powerful, the bedlinen is top class. The attention to detail is extraordinary. We had a delicious varied breakfast every morning with the friendly cheery Hakan in attendance. A great way to start the day. We ate in the Italian themed restaurant on the night of our arrival and it was delicious. We can’t thank the reception staff enough for their considerable attention even alerting us to events of interest going on in the vicinity. There are a lot of big chain hotels in Istanbul. If you are looking for something more original and with bags of style this is the place to stay. It’s well located with easy access to the metro, team and ferry stops.

“Do yourself a favour and stay here!”
This was a fantastic stay. The minute we arrived for checking in we felt welcome. All staff was amazing, the person at checkin, Hakan and team at breakfast and Elif in service all were incredible. Out stay could not have any better and we recommend the place for anyone who is looking for a great experience in Istanbul.

Everything end-to-end is spotless! Definitely a hidden jam! The housekeeper Elif is provably the friendliest person I have met thus far.
