I had a wonderful experience staying at the Dosso Dossi SPA Downtown hotel. From the moment I arrived, despite the disruptions to my flight, the staff were incredibly understanding and accommodating. My arrival was delayed due to the flight cancellations at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and the hotel kindly adjusted my reservation without any hassle. They even offered me an additional night at no extra cost to make up for the lost time. The hotel's location is fantastic—perfectly positioned to easily explore Istanbul's most famous historical sites, yet the hotel maintains an elegant and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The quality of service was exceptional, truly five-star, with a great breakfast to start the day. The standout moment, however, was the amazing professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially the young manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and taken care of during my stay. Their dedication to providing the best possible service truly made a difference in my overall experience.

“Great seven-day stay.”

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Omar and the Spa manager. The room was clean and well set up, and the shower was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again on my next trip.

The hotel is wonderful and has an excellent location, with easy access to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful, and most importantly, most of them speak English. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and varied. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were all free and included in the booking; only the massage had an additional charge.

“Everything was great.”

Everything. We asked for 2 rooms closed together and they made this possible. Also at check out they were able to allow us to leave 1 hour later than the official time. I really recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful as was cleaning service. Breakfast was varied. Gym was very well supplied as was spa facilities. Duvets and pillows were comfortable and heavy. Neighborhood is very local. Many buses on the main road in each direction, taxi is easy and otherwise walking/walking to tram or metro is easy.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very comfortable and stylish, and the area is excellent. The breakfast was diverse and absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. The furniture and plumbing are a bit outdated, but it definitely doesn’t ruin the overall impression. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff — they were friendly and polite. I had an unpleasant situation when I lost my hat in the lobby, and other hotel guests took it by mistake. The managers immediately took the situation seriously, and the next day they found it and returned it to me, for which I am incredibly grateful! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Istanbul again!

“Pleasant holiday in Istanbul”

The hotel is located very close to the metro (2 minutes) and also has direct access (a 10-minute walk) to the T1 tram, which goes to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Galata Tower, the funicular, and Dolmabahçe Palace. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a shopping center. The hotel is wonderful and clean, and the hallways smell very pleasant. Cleaning is done daily, and toiletries are replaced regularly. We had a free parking place in front of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent —varied, with fresh and abundant products. The pool and overall atmosphere are very pleasant. We traveled with a two-year-old child, and everything was perfect. I left the staff for last, but they deserve top marks—from the valet who parked our car, to the housekeeping staff, the restaurant team, and the pool staff. First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah, who provided us with all the necessary information and even lent us his transport card to make getting around Istanbul easier. He is an exceptionally kind person who makes you want to come back to the hotel. In short, everything was outstanding, and we will definitely return to Dosso Dossi.

The breakfast was included and this was very good. Fresh salads, eggs (all types), and pastries. The gym and saunas were the best at this hotel. For these 2 services I would return to Dosso spa hotel. yes, the gym was fantastic. There was a Pilipino lady in the spa who was so nice and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of downtown with lots of coffee shops and things to do around.
