I stayed at this hotel on April 8-16 and have been requesting an invoice for my company since then. I asked during my stay after check-out by phone by email and through Booking.com messages. Unfortunately they keep ignoring me or promising on the phone that they will send it but nothing has been sent. Communication was very poor from the beginning. Before arrival nobody clearly confirmed the booking and at reception the staff were unfriendly. When I asked for the invoice at check-out they simply waved their hand and turned away. The room was also disappointing: dirty windows dirty carpets and a strong smell of cigarettes. Very unprofessional experience. If the invoice issue is finally resolved I will update my review.

“AMAZING HOTEL”
I enjoyed everything about this hotel Super staff, absolutely very polite and helpful a specially Meltem Ufak The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable.I had amazing time in this hotel it was so so good I have no words to describe cleanliness room,bathroom most amazing thing was the staff thank you so much highly recommended

The hotel is located in the asian side of the city, really close to metro station. It is comfortable, clean, and very good breakfast.

“Good hotel”
It was clean. Stuff was pleasant. Good old-fashioned hotel. The room is big enough. Very convenient and beautiful bathroom. The location is okay. It’s 10 min walk from the metro but there is nothing nearby. You need to go approximately 10 minutes till shops or restraunts.

They weren't flexible knowing that i booked twice 2 rooms because i wanted to add an adult edand they didn't give me breakfast since the second one that i reserved doesn't include breakfast they said the first one only so all that made me confused because customer service is not responsive through the app so it makes me confused i.could have prevented all this if they were responsive i sent many requests for many different things through bookings but no answer that made duplicate the booking
