Every day the cleaning lady arrived and made the room, she was really nice. And the breakfast was tasty, plenty types to choose from to be nutritionally balanced, location was in the next door hotel on the rooftop - wonderful views on the sea and sultanahmet. Overally, satisfied with this accommodation.

So, my main problem was cleanliness. During my entire three-day stay, the sheets were never changed. In fact, when I first arrived in the room, they weren’t even clean. As for the towels, they were replaced, but they were also dirty. The staff didn’t clean the floor either, and the room stayed dirty throughout my stay. Then, there was only one outlet that worked in the room, while the other two didn’t. As for breakfast, it was acceptable, just okay. But given the price, I find it expensive compared to the overall quality of the hotel.

The location was really good. Within easy reach of major attractions. It is located close to a variety of restaurants and close enough to pubic transport connections. The service was friendly and very helpful. The property was tidy at all times.

Breakfast was very good and the location was perfect. Very good room with comfortable bed and good shower and special mention to our driver who picked us up at airport and dropped us back to airport. He was a very good driver who did a great job.

“Misleading Photos and Very small and Noisy Room”

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. The photos shown on Booking.com were not accurate — the room looked much bigger and more modern online. In reality, it was quite small and not as described. Additionally, the location was extremely loud due to railway tracks running right next to the hotel wall. Trains were passing by constantly, making it hard to rest or sleep. This crucial detail was never mentioned in the listing. I rely on Booking.com for trustworthy listings, but this experience felt very misleading. I hope the platform will take steps to ensure more accurate descriptions and honest photos in the future.

The owner was super friendly and polite. The room gave what it offered. The location is perfect: no noisy traffic but everything is very close by walk. The breakfast panorama is a huge plus. The transfer to the airport is affordable and the car they use is very posh ;)

Dirty smell cold room poor heating system. For breakfast 5th floor without lift,tiny steares.

The location of the hotel is great, close to all touristic places, restaurants and mini markets. You can walk, no need to use transportation. Hotel is very clean and basic. Rooms are very simple. For people that are most of the day out of the rooms, the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is served on a roof top in a hotel next doors. It is very basic, but you can choose between several dishes. People working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
