Perfectly situated in the old town-walking distance from all the main sights. Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable- a little tired but has all the amenities required.

Location was exceptional for exploring the old city and proximity to the tram station made travelling around extremely convenient. The staff were very friendly and helped with directions, shopping and restaurant suggestions. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The rustic decor gave the place an old world charm.

The staff are all very helpful. Centrally located, although very busy streets outside, it was quiet in the room. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the air-conditioning was effective.

We really appreciated the helpfulness and good humour of the staff. We also loved the Turkish style decor of the hotel’s lobby - chandeliers & stained glass windows.

The position of the hotel is very good, it makes sightseeing very convenient. And the transportation is very convenient too.

Selim is a very friendly staff member who always gave helpful advice, recommended great places to eat, and shared useful information. The staff is great and helpful, especially Irfan. The position of the hotel is in the middle of all sites you have to see in Old city. All can be done by walking, very safe and convenient. All recommendations!
