“kiváló döntés”
The hotel staff is kind, polite, helpful, the room is large and comfortable. They clean several times and give you small gifts of cookies. They also constantly bring water to the room, and we even got fresh flowers. The breakfast consists of high-quality food and has a wide selection. After sightseeing, we were able to enjoy the benefits of the Turkish and Roman baths, saunas, and steam cabins. It has a panoramic gym and the airport bus is a few meters from the hotel entrance.

“Very Good experience”
Very nice hotel. Perfect location. Perfect confort. Amazing experience. Malek housekeeper and Chef Amina in the breakfast were very professional and supportive. I requested coffee machine and the reception provided immediately. Staff is helpful and professional. I will definitely come back

Everything was perfect, but the highlight was the extremely nice restaurant staff that prepared additional gluten free deserts for my daughter. The guest relations , the chef , the reception staff and the house keeping staff, all were heros , helpful and very nice. The hotel is simply perfect

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety and a well-curated menu. Spacious and pleasant breakfast hall ambiance. Housekeeping staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and consistently exceeded expectations. Rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained every day. Overall hotel ambiance and interiors match what one expects from a five-star property. Comfortable rooms despite minor issues. Prime location near Taksim Square, ideal for sightseeing and easy access around Istanbul.

“lovely simply”
i like all about the hotel, and they have an amazing lady's hair salon. The nails technician was on leave, and the whole team gathered to help me while they didnt have to. I forgot the name of the hairdresser because its a bit difficult to articulate it but he was amazing and so was all the team there

Location is amazing. The staff assisted my wife when she had a knee injury and was so helpful and kind. The staff also assisted with a later check out to assist my wife as she rests her knee. Amazing team
