“Our chill out stay at Hotel Los Altos”

Excellent hotel the spa facilities were very good, the room was great the bed was like a football pitch lol, The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. The scenery and location were spectacular and the decor was lovely we liked the funky style.

The location was perfect, so peaceful. The staff were so helpful & couldn’t do enough for us. We booked a suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was a dream! We had dinner in the restaurant, the quality of the food was superb. I can highly recommend the tiramisu!! Breakfast was also very good, and again the staff were great. Parking was good, the car park was very spacious. We walked into the village which was absolutely immaculate, and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for your hospitality, we didn’t want to leave!

The location and nature of the surroundings are breathtaking. We loved staying there. Best sleep we had in a while due to the great bed and mattresses. Everyone was really polite and kind!

“A beautifully maintained hotel in wonderful surroundings”

It was hard to fault the hotel on any point. Everything was spick and span, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were very ready to help. One had to order one's breakfast - in other words, it wasn't a buffet - but there was plenty of choice, and the quality of the food was high. What's more, we were in Istán in the depths of winter, and we had the (well-maintained) spa entirely to ourselves. Add to that the stunning natural surroundings, and you have a really delightful stay!

A beautiful old hotel with modern styling, wonderfully helpful staff, gorgeous food, amazing location.

The hotel has a lot of modern character and interesting decor. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and we had a fantastic view over the mountains. Istan itself is a really picturesque village and this hotel is away from the main part making it also very quiet. The whole area is fantastic for mountain walks. I was there for my birthday and the staff surprised us with a complementary bottle of bubbly. All in all a great stay and we would definately book again. Great breakfast and chilled atmosphere...

“Exceptional Istan!”

We have had an exceptional time at this hotel. The host were the best we have come across. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is perched on top of the village, close to walks across the sierras, 5' down to the village with a very good choice of restaurants. Breakfast and dinners were excellent. The swimming pool and sauna were very excellent and the recliners made you feel like you were floating in space. . The decor of the hotel is great and all very comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean, bright. Best nights for a long time. If you are after a relaxing and rejuvenating week end break, this is the place!
