The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly.[The lady on the reception desk when we arrived had previously written back to us (after we had informed the hotel, prior to our arrival, of some sad news) - this was a beautifully composed and very kind, sympathetic message - it made us feel very welcome.] The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and conveniently located just on the edge of the town centre. The parking is ample, free, and reasonably secure.

This is an excellent value hotel with superb staff who are helpful and friendly. We like the location as we like to stop at Issoire on our journeys to the ferry ports in northern France from the south. The hotel is well placed for the beautiful Romanesque church.

“The best breakfast and the best shower.”
The shower is so good. I want that type in my house. And the breakfast is excellent. Also just a nice, welcoming place. Fridge and kettle are useful. Free private parking. Walking distance from town.

“Comfortable stop over in Auvergne .”
Private parking . Hotel has been mostly refurbished . Very comfortable new bed , new bathroom , a kettle and a fridge were welcome bonus , all for a very reasonable price . Breakfast was generous and lots on offer . I recommend this hotel .
