Our stay at Lakeside Garden in Ismayilli felt wonderfully homely from the moment we arrived. The setting is peaceful, surrounded by greenery and calm waters, and the hospitality was warm and genuine. The rooms were simple yet comfortable, giving the feeling of staying in a welcoming home rather than a hotel. The food was a highlight — all homemade, fresh, and organic, which made every meal feel both healthy and full of care. Overall, it’s the perfect spot if you’re looking for a relaxing stay that feels personal, cozy, and close to nature. “Don't go without a car - too isolated”

You need a car to stay here as it's very isolated. The owners can help you to get around but they charge 2-3 times what it would cost even in a taxi. For example, I needed to get to Sheki and they offered to take me for 100 manat. I asked them to take me to Ismayilli instead (15 manat for a 15 minute ride!) and I got a taxi from there to Sheki for 40 manat (2 hr ride). Also, without a car your only option for dinner is the guesthouse which is comparatively expensive. Finally, if you don't speak Azerbaijani (or possibly Russian) communication with the owners is quite difficult.

The apartment was clean and cozy. They have their own little farm in their garden with chickens and cows. For breakfast we were served home-made jam and cheese. The dinner we had there the night before was delicious as well! From the garden you can access the shore of a sea. All in all, definitely worth a visit! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is as shown in the picture. 1. Helpful homeowners 2. Peaceful environment 3. Delicious food cooked by the homeowner 4. All basic amenities ( Kettle, Towels, Soap, Hot water, bathrobes, bath slippers, room slippers, cutlery etc) 5. Nearby lake by the property with beautiful views.

We visited Lakeside Garden Ismayilli with our family for a day. It truly is a beautiful, peaceful, and serene place. It's an ideal escape from the city noise and unpleasant weather. Green nature, natural village delights, attentive and friendly service—everything was excellent. The evening samovar tea, unlimited and complimentary for everyone, was a special treat. Surrounded by greenery, a gentle breeze, and sweets with samovar tea, it felt like a meditation. Additionally, we enjoyed the friendship of a cat named Mesi, who made us feel welcome as if we had known each other for years. We will definitely visit again and recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to Natiq, Reyhan, Gunel, Ramtiq, and Gultac for making our day filled with pleasant memories.

The people were really kind and did go out of their way to help us. It was such an amazing experience, it really felt like we were guests of an Azerbaijani family. The food was amazing and the house felt very cosy. Definitely worth it!

Very friendly and nice people. It felt like a visit to grandparents. The room is cosy. The food is fresh, homemade and delicious. Atmosphere is very homely.
