The IFQ Hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The hotel management showed a complete lack of professionalism — they refused to refund money for two nights even though we informed them in advance that we would not be staying. Such behavior is totally unacceptable for a place that claims to provide international-level service. The food is terrible — everything is extremely spicy, even after repeatedly asking for non-spicy meals. Staff simply ignore guests’ requests and do whatever they want. For anyone not used to very spicy food, it’s almost impossible to eat here. Room cleaning is another major issue. They don’t clean the rooms unless you remind them multiple times. The cleanliness is poor — dusty floors, dirty bathroom, and unchanged towels and bed linens. It really feels like the staff just don’t care about the comfort of their guests. Overall, IFQ Hotel is a huge disappointment. For the money you pay, you’ll only get frustration, poor service, and a feeling that no one here respects or values you as a guest. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent hospitality and basic comfort.

I had the pleasure of staying at IFQ Hotel Islamabad, and I must say—it was a truly fantastic experience. The ambiance, hospitality, and overall service exceeded expectations. I would especially like to commend Miss Fareha, the Front Desk Manager, whose professionalism and warmth left a lasting impression. The entire staff was courteous and efficient, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

I really liked the smooth and hassle-free check-in and checkout process. All the services were well-managed, especially the breakfast, which was excellent. Overall, the service throughout my stay was commendable.

It was away from hustle and bustle. I wanted to stay in a quiet location, although further away from shopping but it was worth the stay.

Location is good

The staff was extremely professional and thoughtful. We were with an infant and a 5 year old. I would go as far as to see we were a demanding family but the staff left no stone unturned, especially Raja from the coffee shop, went the extra mile to look after our infants' dietary needs. Check in was nice and smooth.

IFQ Islamabad hotel it was really nice experience. The hotel is superb with a focus on exceptional service and hospitality. My room was extremely nice and clean great staff especially Front Office team & Housekeeping team. Thank you very much for very short time arang Airport drop off. We definitely come back soon highly recommended Hotel.
