“Clean and comfortable.”
Lovely hotel close to everything. Our room was very small bit nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely little rooftop pool. Complimentary beach gear available to lend including hats, chairs and sunscreen.

Excellent place with kind and helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with new furniture and fresh towels, making everything feel clean and comfortable. They also offer a great shared kitchen and provide beach gear at no extra cost. You can really tell they go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Amazing location - very close to the beach, restaurants/bars, but without much noise from the busy tourist area on the next street over. Great recommendations from staff (where to eat, what to see/do), help with organizing a tour of the area, beach necessities available, lovely rooftop pool to cool off. Friendly staff and fellow travellers.

“Delightful little hotel”
This is a great little hotel, situated near to the ferry port and with easy access to shops, cafes and the rest of the island. Our room was clean and comfortable and, additionally, we could use the kitchen, seating area and rooftop pool. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

“Great experience with a friendly staff”
Great accommodation with wonderful staff. The place definitely has its own charm — we felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. During our travels, we experience many different types of accommodation, and here we especially enjoyed relaxing in the seating area of our room, as well as the upper pool with its cool view over the city. The accommodation was very clean, and we also appreciated having coffee available at all times and Netflix in the room. Plus, it’s just a short walk from the beach.

“We liked the stay”
We arrived late with the last ferry and it is easy to locate "The Mermaid and the Pearl" (colorful building like the image). It was a short walk from the ferry. The accomodation is at a great location on Isla Mujeres (in the middle of the ferry and north beach. There are beach stuff that are free to use by guests, 2 bikes, a kitchen, a watter cooler, and some cookies in the dining room (thinks we learned after talking to the owner the next day).

It has everything you need to feel welcomed and at home. Location is great really close to everything and quiet at night . “Beautiful homely tranquil space: great choice!”
I liked everything! It’s a gem of a place: beautiful decor, very comfortable rooms, with great equipment and great common areas super clean. The internet is very good, and the location is perfect: just a short walk from all the action, but far enough to be a tranquil oasis. I was really happy that they had some bicycles for guests! I had a very enjoyable trip thanks to that. And the price is very affordable. But the best thing about it the hosts: Paul went above and beyond to assure that I had perfect stay. He was exceptionally patient and understanding. The best hospitality I could imagine. Overall, this small hotel exceeded my expectations. If you are on Isla Mujeres, look no further: you will not be disappointed.

“amazing”
the room was clean, had a fridge and a safe, the bed was comfortable. there were beach chairs and towels / gear we could lean, the beach is just a short walk, there are a lot of restaurants around the corner. the staff was very friendly and helpful ! we enjoyed our stay and would recommend !
